PAF in school was developed in 2012 by Mette Nordahl. The concept is used by many schools in Denmark as well as Holland and Schwitzerland.
“As a daily leader in the school system over many years, this is the first time I’ve experienced a tool that works in a holistic way. The PAF concept works in the classroom with only a minimal effort. A simple and very efficient tool that is very useful for our daily life at school. We are currently integrating PAF fully for everyone who is a part of our school – Employees, students, and parents.
In recent years, the pressure on the employees has grown. Because of this simple tool which is so easily integrated, I see great opportunities for a positive development of the schools in Denmark.

Working with PAF exercises in classrooms helps develop children on a deeper level. Everyone becomes aware of what it takes to create a class environment with mutual respect and acknowledgment of ourselves and others.
The students and staff members develop their own language focusing on mutual trust and awareness of own resources and potentials. When we care about each other and accept and understand each other, we feel that we belong and that others see us for who we are and where we come from.
When the PAF exercises are integrated in the daily life of the school, a longterm, lasting effect and change in the school culture follows.
When the entire staff is introduced to PAF and the whole culture, and when everyone has the same intention of creating a healthier environment for everyone, the classroom culture becomes strong and full of students who believe in themselves and know themselves on a deeper level.
I know we can break out thought patterns and the “programming” that is created in our childhoods. I have done it many times. I’m on a “life journey” where I help others connect to their full potential.
We can do so much more when we connect with our intuition. From there we can live each day with care and love for ourselves with compassion for ourselves and others.
I work with cell memories and the body’s own wisdom via systemic constellation and awareness of our thought patterns with knowledge from epigenetics and quantum physics.
I am deeply grateful for my own development through these methods. My passion is to create change in the way we think about ourselves and others. I’m fascinated by the way we are all connected in the world and how we’re all a part of something bigger.
